This has been an idea that recently hit me, more so after a lot of time digging in elephant poo. Considering that you can find a variety of items, from amusement items to an elephant calf carcass; wouldn't it be a treat for the rare chance to find an instant birthing feather.

I can already hear the groan of, "It's already an oasis item, just buy it." But not everyone has the luxury of a constant GB supply or a spare buried in an account. Even if the chance of getting one was rather low, it would make digging in that elephant poop even more worth it. The item wouldn't be entirely out of place as a rare drop either with the tiger friend having a rare chance to drop GMO Cow and Serengeti Shuffle having a chance to give Black Stallions.
