CLICK HERE FOR TIGON MUTATION NEWS! November event starts at 1st Nov 00:00am and ends on Nov 30th at 11:59pm. All unused currency will be stored on your account and appear again next year. November EventThis month, a bunch of nomadic lion shamans have arrived from far away lands to offer their services. It isn't only humans that believe ancestors are linked spiritually to the living. Some lions believe that during a trance, they can speak to the spirits of those who have passed. You can gain Piety for the Ancestors by doing deeds for the lion shamans; in return, you will be granted spiritual rewards. Your Piety might unlock something special, so make sure to respect the spirits, and they will provide. Alongside this, you can gather many more herbs in Explore for crafting, nesting, quests, and for your battle beetles! Visit the Shamans On the EVENT page, you can pay a visit to three different lion shamans. Each one is a bit different and will provide daily quests for you. You can fulfill up to 3 deeds per day for them, and in return, gain Piety (between 6 to 9 Piety a day at maximum). The Ancestors of lions who have passed will reward the lions who live and show piousness. You can exchange these Piety points for body and mind enhancements. We believe the rewards will make all players happy, no matter what part of their lion's body they strive to improve. Crafting Fossils - in the Shaman Pit. Important Note: it has been moved to tier 1. This feature is a restoration place, where you can exchange 15 Ancient Fossils you find in Explore from a rockslide encounter in order to receive one of four random African dinosaur decors. Afrovenator Fossils, found in the Arid Desert biome via karma encounter, can also be crafted to get the Afrovenator decor. 2016 introduced Cracked Fossils, which you can craft into one of four random African extinct animals, including two mammals. 2017 introduced Crumbled Fossils, which you can craft into one of four random African extinct animals, including the Dodo bird. Additionally, with 15 Crackled Fossils and 5 Crumbled Fossils, you can craft a Fossil Body - the Fossil base applicator. 2018 is not introducing new fossils, but it lets you craft new dinosaurs and applicators from the existing fossils: - 5x Ancient Fossil, 5x Cracked Fossil, and 5x Crumbled Fossil can be crafted into one of four random African extinct animals, including two mammals and a marine reptile! - 20x Ancient Fossil, 5x Cracked Fossil, and 5x Crumbled Fossil can be crafted into Nautilus Body - the Nautilus base applicator. Expect the base to appear in the Lion Wardrobe a bit later in the month! Crafting Gems - in the Shaman Pit. This feature will allow you to craft items from November's gems: Gem: Fire Opal, Gem: Nuummite, Gem: Rough Opal, and Gem: Sparkling Opal. There are base, eye, and mane applicators to craft! New in 2018 - Jewelry crafted from Fire Opals, Nuummites, Rough Opals, and Sparkling Opals. Some are recolours, while others are completely new! - Shards: Nuummite - Nuummite mane base applicator. Visit the Shop In the Shaman Shop, you can exchange ScB (Scarab Beetles) for fancy items. The more tiers you unlock in the bar, the more fun stuff that will appear! New in 2018 - Fun, fresh shamanic decors, such as the highly-demanded Aker's Tail Feather Band and Mysterious Stranger's Tail Ornaments! Thanks for your suggestions! - Shamanic Tarot-inspired body paints and decors! - New base applicator - Parhelion - expect the base to appear in the Lion Wardrobe a bit later in the month! Piety Bar The piety bar counts the total piety gained within Lioden's lands. It unlocks tiers that provide lions with awesome stuff for the Shaman Shop and the Shaman Pit. Note that markings added via piety will be applied in the first free slot available, so plan your designs carefully! New in 2018 NCL event markings from February, April, and September 2018 are updated in the Piety Ancestry's list. Shaman Pit This mysterious pit is being prepared by the shamans. The more piety that lions show, the better the ritual's effect will become! New in 2018 - Whispers in tier 3 will have a chance of dropping Parhelion Body and Parhelion Fur, along with all prior years' Whispers items. Explore During Explore, you might notice herbs that you can collect, or encounters to interact with. Some of these are specific for quests, but won't do much if you're not on that particular quest. If you meet a Tsavo Lion and defeat it, nothing besides a battle will happen. If you're on a quest to defeat a Tsavo Lion, though, and you win, the quest will be fulfilled, and you can return to the shamans to complete your deed. New in 2018 - There's a new encounter, called the Song of Lazarus. It's pretty rare, but once you get it, you will receive one of eight decors - each depicting a recently-extinct bird species. Here is an example of one of those. We plan to add more species every year to this encounter, similar to the Poacher Cage encounter! Looks like the lion Sangomas are trying their best to bring back birds we have lost forever. You may have noticed you can turn your food into Rawhide again - it is required for some quests. It can also be used for crafting in the Monkey Business area! Remember that the website, and the admins (if needed), will run a mass Rabies removal once November begins. Is that all? There are only a few events that we can heavily update each year. November will get its time to shine with a story eventually! For now, enjoy our casual updates. But... There will be a cool Friday update later this month, if you know what I mean! 0 players like this post! Like? |

How do I see what I need to do for my quest? It doesn't say except for when you first accept the quest ^^; Admin Response: Hopefully our official Lioden Wiki's November page should help you! http://liodenwiki.wikidot.com/november-event-whispering-ancestors 0 players like this post! Like? |

how do you turn carcasses into rawhide? I cant find a post on it, nor can I find an option to do so. Admin Response: Go to your Hoard, then click on a medium-sized (or larger) carcass, such as a Red River Hog Carcass, Warthog Carcass, etc. If you click on an individual carcass, there should be an option to craft it into rawhide. 0 players like this post!
