We were asked [here] to come up with designs for the new gem bases which will be craftable next year. And here is my design for the Gem: Meteorite .  It's inspired by this photo and lioden's Gem: Meteorite. And just to compare this idea to other gem-bases we have in game click [here] Tell me what you think and leave a comment below :) |

I like it, but u feel like it would be better if it had more light spots? Like, when you look at the gem, it's got large, lightly colored areas. But then you look at the base, and it's got almost speckles, if that makes sense? I dunno. Edit; just noticed the photo, and yes she looks a lot like that one. Idk I looked at the other gem bases and they do not look too much like the ingame-gem as well (or even the real gem) - I think. By the way I only used colors from the ingame-gem via color picker to make that base. This is the Labradorite Gem and this the base for example. Or this is the Opal Gem and this the base for example. Or this is the Moonstone Gem and this the base for example. Or this is the Hematite Gem and this the base for example. (note that Opal and Moonstone AND Hematite look almost the same?
