It looks beautiful I imagine a different name would be a little better since I don't think lions would know what pepper is, something like "Meteorite" or "Coal" could work though :D I definitely support!

I doubt lions know what half the pelt names are tbh, I think Pepper is super fitting (especially since we're getting a Meteorite base (?) already based off the new gemstone, which has brown). Though, Coal would work, as would Soot

True, true. I just thought they could work as potiental alt names if Pepper isn't approved as a name for the reason above, regardless good luck! I'd love to see it used a potiental July or November base, since there aren't a lot of special black bases (that are actually dark coloured) other than Penumbra

Hey there! Your topic mentions this is a recolour of the Rhodonite base. Could you provide details on how you achieved the recolour (overlays, saturation levels, etc.) in your main topic? This information is super helpful for when developers look over bases, so they can fiddle with them on their own when deciding if they want to implement certain suggestions!

i did this on my old computer with a program I don't have anymore (paint tool sai) but my best guess would be that I just lowered the saturation to 0 and then messed around with the brightness/contrast. sorry i can't give a better answer, i can't remember how i achieved it nor do i have the file anymore ;o;

i'll definitely keep that in mind for suggestions moving forward! <3
