A meat pie is just 5 full energy refills, so it's exactly equivalent to 5 of the Energy Boost items that are readily available from Oasis for 2GB each.

So theoretically, its value would be exactly 10GB as Television said. In practice, people don't often pay that much for them, because they may as well just buy the energy boosts instead if they aren't saving any money on the pie - so realistically meat pies usually tend to sell (if full 5 uses) for more like a maximum of 8-9GB in my experience.
