Hey! So this is a base idea which is for now named Oceanic (other names can be suggested!) The art for this was done by Momty Python #15759 but I'm suggesting it on their behalf! This could be a craftable base (maybe out of the murex shells?) or an event base! Suggestions open on what month that could be though, I thought maybe November?

Base idea is shown on male tigon lines and comes with a mane! The mane could also be called Oceanic or something different (Like Abyssal!) because it's a slightly different shade!

We thought a nice deeper more teal blue would look nice since we have so many light blue bases with Arctic and Glacial! Also something a little more summer-y rather than cold and icy!
