Holy Jesus I made pancakes and my first one looked like shit so I gave it to my dog, my second batch (according to my dad) looked like scrabbled eggs, my third batch was perfect and my younger sibling claimed them, my last batch was burnt :’3 those were mine too xD 0 players like this post! Like? |

I know what I did wrong and corrected it by waiting a bit before trying to flip it cuz I tried a bit too soon and it collapsed into tiny pieces. (I may have also made it to big) so I did smaller ones and waited bit longer, came out perfect so handed them to my sibling, tried again and burnt mine cuz I waited too long, on the bright side they were all delicious regardless of how they looked xD 0 players like this post! I did the instant pancakes, just needed the mix and water. I did put butter in the pan and let it melt so the pancakes were buttery 0 players like this post! Like? |

Wow did you let it cook like it will make bubbles let it cook till say the batter is thick most of the bubbles are gone use a really flat spatula metal, not a like non stick type pan that you can't use a metal spatula with.. don't use a plastic one with pancakes :) If you can't get it under the pancake they are not ready to flip.. get one big enough to be able to flip the whole thing at once :) 0 players like this post!
