Tell us about You: I have bad social anxiety and allergies so I'm suffering from them currently. I have Joint Hyper Mobility Syndrome which makes my joints more flexible than a normal one but more prune to injuries. It also makes some of my joints hurt. If I walk too fast, my knees or ankles start to hurt.
