Decoration Equipper

Today we launch the Decoration Equipper! A nice, sleek decoration manager which you can use to preview, arrange and equip your owned decorations onto any lion that you own.

You can visit your lion's page to be taken to the Equipper with direct access to manage that lion, or visit the Scrying Stone where the tool lives! You no longer need to organise your lion designs in the wardrobe and then go to equip each individual item, it's all on one page.

You can preview without using up any of the items' uses.

Please Note: The following special use decors cannot be equipped in the new Lion Equipper tool:
* Chameleon Skin
* Eye of the Fierce Roar
* Eye of the Kitten
* Eye of the Youth
* Lab Test Frog
* Tigers Eye
* Translucent Jellyfish

They must be applied in the usual way, via your hoard. Their effects will still show up in the lion equipper, though!

Smaller Updates
* With the implementation of the Decoration Equipper, we felt it was necessary to limit the number of decors able to be equipped to a single lion. There is now a limit of 25 decorations per lion. We were reaching a point where some lions have over 70, and the pageload to view that lion is astonishing. With the addition of this tool which makes it a lot easier to add decorations, we felt we'd like to curb the temptation to add hundreds of decors to a single lion and break the page :'D.
* Custom Decors can now have multiple artists listed.
* Custom Decor names can now be 35 characters long, and will be capped on the creation page instead of cut off when submitted.
* Custom Decor rules list was updated to include rule specifications such as using Lioden's assets or design, or specific information such as faux mane rules. The page also has a link to Art Tutorial thread.
* We have removed the Optional Message from offering on trades.
* Vix has now officially been added to the staff list on the Contact page, and Baroness has had her ID updated!

New Decors!
Gorillas from the Enclave have brought a new theme from the zoos around the world - Sri Lanka! Here are the Decors:

** MAZIWA ** is a new Golden Medium Countershaded Special base, and it is NCL exclusive, meaning you can only inject them into the game from claiming lionesses. Thank you Natanocte for the suggestion/design!

Art Updates:
Following art has been updated or redone on site:

* We've replaced a few Main Page slides to have some of newer decors or markings
* Deathlord and King of the Jungle max karma encounters had a rehaul
* Whole Polycaudal mutation is now up to date!
- Adult Male - 3221 files tweaked
- Newborn - 704 files tweaked

Snakes in Questing area had a rehaul - they were drawn in a sketch style 5+ years ago and needed a fresh, vibrant look!

Elephant encounters had an art redo!

Beetle Battles!
We have 4 new species as of today!

* Petrognatha gigas is a Rare Explore beetle!
* Lycus trabeatus is an Uncommon Explore beetle!
* Pachnoda fissipunctum is a Common Explore beetle!
* Gasteracantha versicolor is a Gorilla Enclave Nemesis - our first spider! This species has very beautiful females, but their much smaller males actually don't really have spikes and colours. We have drawn them in a way a little different than real life, so that they still look recognizable and their colours are toned down.

But that is not the end! From now on, monthly, the arena battle BG will rotate with each event! April will be the lush tropical background, while, for example, August will sport a desert one. Current default battle BG will now be the arena of November!

* Flaming essence - wrong colour in the portrait
* Paw Pads overlaying Polycaudal adult male tail - the only fix was to remove hind paw pads



Poll Results - Wow! Looks like Civilizations of the Past got the most interest! We'll be doing some research and try to rehaul the Cups minigame in upcoming months with fresh new content and theme. As for the other themes - maybe we could mix the tribal part with the civilization part at least a little bit, and we'll hang onto the rest for some future areas, as we see they got a lot of votes as well!
