Massbreed Mania is an effort to make rarer bases and mutations more available to the general population of Lioden, while not making the market for them completely crash.
The basic premise is you pay 5 gb every 2 weeks, and in return, you reap the combined cubmaking efforts of the clan's kings regarding July bases, mutations, feruses, combo bases, and other massbreedables. If they succeed, they give you the cub(s).
