Sadly, females can’t be a heir or king! People’s Kings only look female due to the “lab frog” item you can get in the Oasis for 2  :> 0 players like this post! Like? |

Katelyn - yes, as long as the female that is being gender-swapped is eligible to be swapped. Cubs can be swapped without limits, however adult lionesses have many limitations, and if they dont fit, they cannot be gender changed.
