So, we all have an issue with the way raffle girls are being run, obviously.
Some people don't like the old bases, some people want them removed from the queue, some people love them and want them to stay.

This suggestion would be to make two different Wish Upon A Falling Stars.
One with the old raffle girls; Sunset, Celestial, Sidereal, Skyward.
And one with the newer; Sunrise and Leonids.
**Sunrise can be switched to old raffle girl one, but I figured since it's only a year old maybe it deserves more credibility.

Another alternative being:
One with the old raffle girls; Celestial, Sidereal, Skyward.
And one with the newer; Sunset, Sunrise and Leonids.

In this circumstance, the user can choose which they'd like to enter if they don't want the old bases or if they only want the old bases, or even both!

It would still be 6 Fireflies entry.
It would still be unlocked in Tier 2 of Meteor Shard collection. They would unlock at the same time.

This is a compromise so that everyone's happy. Users can still enter for those older bases they still love, and the users who want the new and improved can still get it without being frustrated.
