Ok, I did the 100 enemies and this comes next: "Oh, that is great news! They all seemed healthy? Maybe we're catching all of this bad stuff just in time! I am very impressed with how little impact these bad mutations have had on the environment thus far. With your help, we'll protect life on Earth from Cancer. Oh! You've seen something glowing near a human village? I think I can take care of that trip, maybe even wander to a few other populated places and see what I can find. For now, you should go rest!" (+ 1 residue!) "Check back with the Demiurge tomorrow! He is busy surveying human villages." 0 players like this post! Like? |

nervous sweat,,, I need to kill 30 crustaceans in 2 days before wet season ends so I can finally get to the flood pit quest. Any advice? I'm only finding them twice per full energy bar (using a lamb) and sometimes I fail to kill them :/ I'm only at like, 6, and it's 5PM over here. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Honestly, that one was rough for me. It took me two days with lambs and I still ended up using energy boosts. I would use hyena butter and murder stone the full 44 girls, and do the enclave quest for 60 energy. 0 players like this post! Like? |

@Firecracker If you're having trouble defeating them, try a lower lever area. I do all my quests in level 1 explore since it makes the fights super easy. Use Lucky Foot in a pinch. Edit Next quest (after the 100 enemies) is 400 steps in explore: "Hey! I am super busy today with the cubs. I had no idea children are such a handful! I'm sure you'd know something about it though, wouldn't you? Aaah, no... I cannot ask your pride to take care of them. They're in my paws now. Perhaps you could continue to survey the lands, and as usual, let me know if you see any more hotspots." You have not fulfilled your task yet. 0/400 steps taken in explore. 0 players like this post! @Xylax Difficult but fun!! I like challenges like this! (A certain quest I had a problem with, but that was because of a misunderstanding. I already Modboxed so you prob heard about it at some point,,, otherwise, I'm having fun.) 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 28/07/19 @ 06:44:24 by FirecrackerTNT (#98461) |

It's amazing! It's super hard but I think not having a time limit really takes the pressure off. Also, the demiurge is too cute for this world. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Some of the quests take some time to do but that's all apart of the challenge! I've been having fun following the story 0 players like this post! Like? |

@Xy Tbh, I have mixed feelings about it. Personally I dislike how grindy and repetetive it is. Defeating 100 enemies or visiting 500 dens isn't challenging, just time consuming. And having the same quest types (defeating enemies, claiming NCLs, visiting dens, explore steps) repeat again and again with the only variety being increasing numbers does add to that grindy feeling. On the plus side I enjoy that the diffrent quests change my playstyle for the day(s) while I work on achieving the current goal. It changes things up from my usual routine which is always fun. I also enjoy the story line, especially the repeated mention of the 30 cubs we donated earlier. It feels nice how it all ties together instead of just being a case of "give me 30 cubs and I shall never mention them again". I do realise that on a game like lioden the quest options are limited, so it will get repetitive and that the only real way to add challenge to it is to increase the numbers, thus the grindy component. So while I might complain about these aspects of the quest, I do understand that they are necessary. I have thought about how this could be avoided, but not come up with a real answer myself. I do have some ideas for quest variety as well as "real challenges" that aren't just pure grind, but then again we have only seen half of the adventure yet and it might well be that some of my ideas/thought have already been planned and coded for the later half of the quest. I'm definietly excited to see what else is in store for us. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 28/07/19 @ 06:56:46 by Valana [HM] (#44616) |

Hi Xylax! I've been having a lot of fun cooperating with everyone and creating this guide! Also, stunned at how beautiful and we'll put together all the art has been! Was not expecting this level of production lol. All the crabs are my favorite! Also the quest line is cohesive and believable, and fits July well! The only thing I have truly, truly despised from this quest was visiting dens. It was absolutely zero fun, made me question doing the quest, and often times you would have to refresh multiple times just to get the button prompt to show up correctly. It was like soul crushing data entry. Another thing, is perhaps having the steps of quests a little more clearly labeled, that would just help me answer questions for players who need help! Everything else has been very easy, just a little time consuming. I think the quest should actually be a bit harder. I would love to see more quests involving getting random specific items, maybe like certain game prize decors, donate battle beetles, or specific feathers or something. I liked the 30 cubs donation, defeating 100 enemies, and the quests where you had to use the submale/hunting Lionesses. All in all, it's a great adventure so far! I have one question for you real quick, if you have a moment. Can you have multiple adventure quests open at one time? 0 players like this post! Like? |

My feelings are the same as Valana's Time consuming =/= difficult, but it appears every major quest mechanics in the game is being used, so I don't neccesarily think it's bad I just think the description of the adventure was misleading I definitely see the story itself and the character as the highlight of the adventure, I'm genuinely intrested in the reason behind the residue and interstellar remnants themselves, as well as the additional insight into Aped's lore. Adventures seem like a perfect way to tie lore of variouse monthly events together, or fill in gaps in information about liodens world. The current lack of a time limit helps that too, and makes me feel much more relaxed about the pace for sure. I'm looking forward to more of the adventire for sure, I think this is a really interesting feature, makes gameplay feel more persistent, but in future ones thinking of ways to make it not just a grind could be nice. Getting lionesses involved as characters (only for breif things thou) might be interesting to try too, right now you got lioness personalities but only rly see them have purpose when claiming ncls or visiting their page in your den. Imagine the lioness that brings demiurge the sparkly poop will tell him off for it if shes snarky or be happy she could help out if shes good, etc It was in the hunting and patroling page as 1 line that is same for everyone but I think it'd be cool to have that random input in interactions. edit: Oh and yes the art is fantastic, incredible job on that front! 0 players like this post!
