100% based off of the Pōwehi background in oasis, i thought it was beautiful and wanted to see if it looked decent on a base. If you wanna see it real quick, its here!

this background does have a lot of yellow, so yes, there will be a lot of yellow ;) i know a lot of you guys dont like too much yellow, but hey, no harm in trying new things
