Since the other thread has been locked since people are disrupting the thread, I'd like to start a new gifting thread.

I don't want this thread to end up getting locked so to prevent that, I will give you rules to follow.
But since this is froqqy ❖ mott rose/sunrise (#118913) idea, I would like to give credit to her. This will be a remade gifting thread, and I have message her to let her know.

Rules:
1) BE respectful.
2) If you have a problem/comment/question with another user, please PM the user or PM me so we can talk privately. If the situation is bad, contact a mod in the modbox. Please don’t mini-mod by posting on the thread, it will only create more problems and confusion. Just PM the gifting thread mods and leave them alone so we can handle the situation peacefully.
3) Please read this and this as these are REAL mod posts on how the other thread got locked. This is just for you to be aware of it in the future.
December Rule: You can ONLY transfer through the gifting method, NOT the system where the gifts open in December 25th (December gift method). This is because to prevent confusion from happening. If you want to use the system to gift, please check the first box on the bottom. Click on the link and use the system to gift.
4) List what you gift. If you gifted a zebra heart to a user, write it in your post so I will know what you gifted. If gifted a surprise, you must write what you gifted within an hour or the mods and I will take action on it.
5) Include easy items so that newbies can gift you. This means that people that are new can also gift you and get gifted back.
6) You don’t have to gift the things on the wishlist. The items are for FREE, and you should appreciate whatever you get. This is meant to be fun and let people to gift. I know it's disappointing to gift 2 GB and get a toy bundle in return, but it's always a risk. It's not a "karma" game where you have to gift equal amount. It's a "free for all" gifting thread, where anyone can gift any amount of valued gifts to you guys.
7) No Sandwich Posting "Player 1, Player 2, Player 1" This will make it more fair, so everyone can gift each other more often instead of seeing two people gifting each other constantly.
8) You have to gift the person above you. You can’t use it only for your own gain. It’s unfair on how some people get gifted something while the user didn’t even gift. So keep in mind if that! You wouldn’t want to be the one that didn’t get gifted as you got gifted good gift. Think about how you would feel if you are in their situations. This is aimed towards any complaints about the gift you recieved!
9) If there is a user who posted below you that you have blocked, please refer to this post.
10) Please avoid saying "No surprises" or "Only wishlist items" or any alternative. These sound more forced and it's not open for off list items. These can come across as rigid and imply that off-list items aren't welcome. It’s also best to avoid phrasing that suggests a request, such as "I request you follow my wishlist" or "Please try to follow my wishlist" or any alternative. Even if it's worded as a request, it can feel a bit uncomfortable, making it harder for others to send off-list items. Instead, create a list of things you don’t want. This minimizes the chances of unwanted gifts and leaves room for pleasant surprises, like new useful items you wouldn't have gotten if they stuck with your list.
11) Please don't block the thread mods, or they can't do their jobs! If you have any issues or concerns with them, reach out to me, the thread owner. This helps resolve any issues, as misunderstandings can happen, and blocking can be avoided. Strike System
Because I have found out the the block system has been updated a few months ago, I have decided to implement a strike system. Now when you block users, they cannot access your threads or interact with you in any way possible, including links.

Strike 1 [Reminder]: 1st reminder. After a week the strike will be dropped if you don’t break any other rules during the week.
Strike 2 [Reminder]: 2nd reminder. After a week the strike will be dropped if you don’t break any other rules during the week.
Strike 3 [Warning]: 1st warning. We will be monitoring you. After 2 weeks the strike will be dropped if you don’t break any other rules during the weeks.
Strike 4 [Warning]: 2nd warning. We will be keeping a close eye on you. After 3 weeks the strike will be dropped if you don’t break any other rules during the weeks.
Strike 5 [Temp Ban]: Ban for 1 week. It means that I will block you for a week. After you are let back, during the next month, we will be keeping a close eye on you. This will not drop as another rule break will result in permanent block.
Strike 6 [Perm Ban]: Ban forever. You will be permanently blocked for breaking the rules several times.

Just make a wishlist and wait for someone to gift you. Then the user will do the same and it will continue on.

The first user will make a wishlist but chooses whether to gift me or not. Then the whole thing starts. :)
