... I don’t know, their is a lot of reasons why but if I were you I’ll try putting a wet towel of vinegar in your ankle, at least it will help you with the inflammation.

You may make it worse if it's not at least wrapped. I was am a dumb child, and I used sprain my ankles a lot. I know I shouldn't say this, but when we were with are birth mum we weren't cared for correctly. I would constantly do dumb shit (eg. I jumped down the stairs, never watch where I'm walking, try to skate down the slides) and constantly sprain my ankles. Now they're "permanently damaged" as the doctors say, and I easily sprain them now. I could stretch my foot out and suddenly I've torn a ligament. We're a very low income family but I've been to the hospital I dunno how many times cuz I've sprained my ankle. So yee~ get that checked out, haha

Thanks for trying to help, you guys. Means a bunch that you care. I'll try what Luna recommended. Tbh, I've never been to the hospital. I've only went to clinics for checkups, as I've actually never broken a bone before or sprained anything.

I've felt like crap all day cuz I'm sick, on my monthly, and I lifted a whole bunch of heavy stuff a few days ago and all my muscles & both ankles still hurt :,)
