hi everyone, i have a couple of very serious announcements regarding my personal life and how it's affecting my commission progress.to start with the light stuff, i got my wisdom teeth out, then they got infected, but now i'm on antibiotics so we're on the mend. that whole thing knocked me out of commission for an entire week. onto the heavier stuff... as i'm sure yall have heard if you've been in my discord server, Hela began to show extremely worrying symptoms i won't describe in detail starting on the 20th. yesterday she got an MRI and a spinal tap. she has a lesion on her brain but it is treatable as soon as we get the spinal tap results. so, all is well, sort of. but obviously that has consumed my commission time lately as well. on top of that, the vet treatment was extremely expensive. i don't regret it at all, because it saved Hela's life, but it was a huge hit financially. in total it was a little over $4500. my family helped pay it upfront but i need to repay them. for this reason, i will be directing all my commission funds towards Hela's treatment. (which means i can't commission yall, so if i said i would, i unfortunately won't be able to for a while.) while my commission progress will likely still be slow for a while (i have to catch up on all the schoolwork i missed) my commissions are still open, there just might be a longer wait time than usual. if you'd like to help me pay for Hela's treatment, you can commission me or even just make a donation (any amount helps!) to my ko-fi.
