I’ve asked a few questions today but, I was just wondering with how breeding items and all that work because I recently bred my dwarf Khiba and she naturally has 1% fert and I used a lion scrotum on her to boost the chance of dwarfism passing but I swear I saw somewhere that either natural mutation chances from fert over rides lion scrotum or vice versa? I didn’t get a dwarf out of her breeding, and I know it still isn’t a guarantee with lion scrotum but now I’m wondering if it was because it was over riden aswell? And if this was the case, would using chasteberries revert this? All help is appreciated thankyou c: 0 players like this post! Like? An important thing to remember is that Dwarf mutation CANNOT pass without a Lion Scrotum! So she only has a chance to pass Dwarf mutie is she had a Lion Scrotum used - without it her chance to have a dwarf cub is the same of any non-mutated lioness! Only Lion Scrotum matters with dwarf breedings; fertility, and other mutation increasing items such as GMO cow DO NOT affect her chances to have a dwarf cub, no more than they would affect any random non-mutated NCL! So you dont need to care about her fertility when breeding her; it only affects her chance to birth a random achromia or folded ears but in NO way affects her chances to birth a Dwarf! Only Lion Scrotum matters in Dwarf passing! That said, it was simply an unlucky litter then if you didnt get any dwarves from your Lion Scrotum! If it was "overridden" by anything, then you would have achromia/adult mutation present/etc. other mutation cubs - if its just not mutated cubs, then it's just a failed roll. 0 players like this post! You cannot use both on a single breeding as they take same breeding item slot; so you would need to sell the GMO cow and get a lion scrotum, otherwise breeding your dwarf will be the same as breeding any random NCL with a GMO cow. GMO cow only increases chance of random mutations - achromias, folded ears, bobbed tails, etc... it does no good for dwarf breeding, as it does not at all consider the mother's mutation. Lion Scrotum is the only item that works for a chance to pass dwarf's mutation. 0 players like this post! Like? |

The official mutation roll order: Pon/OG Fur/Gon > Patches/Pie > GMO Cow/Lion Meat > CRB > Fertility > Lion Scrotum > Primal > Mukombero This does not mean that fertility chance necessarily overrides Lion Scrotum, though, it just rolls before it. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Apex - it wont help dwarf to pass because it cannot pass without a Lion Scrotum. Its best to keep the CRB for another lioness; it will have same effect on a dwarf as it would on any unmutated NCL. 0 players like this post! Like? |

so i accidentally bought a GMO Cow instead of a lion scrot because i got mixed up somewhere and didn't think that it would matter when breeding came but after reading this it sounds like it matters. this is my very very first time breeding dwarves, would it be best to re-sell the GMOs (same price i bought them ofc) and buy lion scrot, use jus the GMOs, or buy a lion scrot and use both? this is what i had in mind on applying items: breed>crb>gmo/scrot>breed>ibf If there's any other/better items i should use please lmk how and when and what their use is, I want my chances for a dwarf to be the highest possible <3 0 players like this post! Correct; preferably also use a Buffalo Scrotum when Breed so you have a chance at more cubs, Lion Scrotum is run per cub so more cubs in a litter increases chances for it to work. But even with both scrotums used, it may still fail and birth no dwarves, its important to remember there's no guarantee. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Correct! Buffy on the male, Lion Scrotum on the female, and breed them. Good luck! 0 players like this post! Like? |

If I only have a crb would that help or be a waste of use I’m unsure I see topics where it help and topics that it doesn’t help. 0 players like this post! Like? |
