:Vestigial twins:
A vestigial twin is a form of parasitic twinning, where the parasitic "twin" is so malformed and incomplete that it typically consists entirely of extra limbs or organs. It also can be a complete living being trapped inside the host person. People with parasitic twinning can live to adulthood with few complications.

Appearance:
A less severe version of the extra limb mutation. Maybe less legs, legs in a more livable placement, paws. This is basically just asking for another version that could potentially survive to adulthood.

:life span:
Unlike the current extra limbs mutation (Which is vestigial twinning) I suggets that we have a version that can live to adulthood. There are several documented cases of animals with extra limbs surviving to adult hood. such as: a cougar with an extra paw, cows with extra legs, cats with extra legs, and many other examples of adult animals with parasitic twins. Possibly an increases risk of the lion/ess suddenly dying.

Unable to hunt and a decrease in the lion’s stats (maybe specifically speed and agility).
