the full opacity colors remind me of various Pride Flag colors. maybe call the base Pride? just a thought. i'm a Red/Golden base breeder primarily, but i can get behind this one! the colors dance before my eyes! i support! 1 player likes this post! Like? |

No support. We have plenty of bright, colorful special bases and I feel like we can use more natural bases (rares and uncommons, please!). Along with this, it doesn't fit in any genetic groups. Black already has blues that don't fit (Arctic and Pulsar), Gold and Cream have funky green bases that shouldn't be there (Moss Agate and especially Green). I would definitely consider this if the mods implement the Iridescent genetics group, but it doesn't look like that's going to happen any time soon. 1 player likes this post! Like? |

IMO it needs a lot of toning down, but I can see where a good idea would come out of it :O The gem IRL is a sky-blue and milky white blend with rainbow highlights, but the base is covered with a majority of other rainbow colors, which would make it hard to put in a base group or replicate onto every pose IMO. A white/sky blue gradient matching the gem could be a base color, with more flecks/spots/speckles of rainbow than a full color blend? 0 players like this post! Like? |
