Eh payroll got messed up which ig resulted in all of us being slightly over paid last month and thus underpaid this month. Not such an issue as it makes sense but the amount i lost due to this was a reallllly low blow tbh. :/ Then they have worked out tax dates to calculate what and how we are getting paid but based on the higher of what you earnt from or between march19/20 which is an issue if that is correct as i got paid less than i do now as i turned 25 after march 2020, so minimum wage and my pay oer hour went up. So i wanted to know how the change will affect me as they have to have that down and put into consideration, or i will be getting underpaid for my age.. my store manager said if i do get paid next payday less than what is 80% of my pay to call her so she can have it sorted. So fingers crossed. I can't afford another large loss atm tbh. Adulting sucks.. i want a refund 🤣 0 players like this post! Ty and it's okay, it isn't your fault and there wasn't anything i could of done or can do so it is what it is. I used to earn 8.35 an hour before i turned 25 and since i have been on 8.90 but i am only part time so 20hrs a week so not alot. I mean i can't complain, i am on furlough and i get to sit at home and do my art or chill and get paid for it until lockdown no.3 is lifted but i already lose 20% a month which is like £142 of my paycheck and then i lost yet another £70ish. Just a low blow i do still have bills to pay ahaha but ah well we do what we can. Just glad i save money over each month to cover issues like this. But if they calculate it wrong and start paying me as if i am 24 again i would be losing yet another £44 every single month. It’s kind of weird that your age affects your hourly pay.. weird how different things are in different places haha. And I’ve looked at the art that’s in your dens and omg.. you’re so talented!! I try to make art when I can but I’m no where near that level of talent, my style is way less realistic though lol. Have you tried to get commissions (not in game) to try and have some extra cash? It is weird even i agree that, i find it weird to think someone younger can be employed to do the same job as you and work just as hard but make less just because of their age :( feels super unfair. Also ty, glad you like my art! I am sure yours is amazing too. aha i do always try to get comms outside of the game, even got a 20% off sale on to try help but i get nowhere. I never get them regardless and sadly even a sale hasn't interested anyone 😅 i wish aha would help me out alot. 0 players like this post! Like? |
