This is an idea for a base that I was thinking up, let's see the mockup and then move along to some details about the base.

This base could probably be a rare or even a more plain special! I think it would be Black Medium Countershaded for genetics, and I think it would do best as a base that can be bred. However, I'm also toying with the idea of it being applied using its own special applicator. I assume it would be bred through a combination of Ice, Nadir, Aufeis, or Haze and Onyx, Ebony, or Noctis. The other option is that it would be applied. For that, I'd say it would use 20 vulturine guineafowl feathers and 15 shiny black rocks. It would create an applicator called "Misty Shroud", and it could be used on a lion to give them the Mist base! I am aware that my lineless mockup is kind of messy, but I think it gets the point of the base across pretty well. This base was meant to partner nicely with all of the more flashy blues, as well as Haze, while also providing something more simple and subtly colorful.

Edit: Alternative names!
Some of you didn't think the name Mist really fit, and I honestly agree. So, here are some alternate names!
Deep Water- Suggested by Renio (#177233) and Astrid (6.8K Ice
3xRos Svelte) (#124118).
River / Lake- Suggested by Renio (#177233).
Cloud- Inspired by cloudburst fail idea by Rat (#144295).
Frost- My idea for a name!
Stormwater- Suggested by Astrid (6.8K Ice 3xRos Svelte) (#124118).
Here is another clever suggestion by Rat (#144295): Names like Zambezi, Kasai, Cubango/Kubango, Sangha, Cuanza, Rusizi and Kangera, which are
the names of well-known rivers in Africa. Lioden loves putting little callbacks to African wildlife and landmarks, as stated by Rat (#144295) and these would be perfect for something like that.

Rat (#144295) also suggested that it would be good as a wet season breed or cloudburst fail, which I think is clever.
