i`m so sorry to hear that happening to you omg. I undestand how much it can hurt to have your trust shattered like that and it can be a very scary feeling when you start to thing you may not know everything that`s going on. From an outsider`s perspective I say that I think i would take this as a sign as maybe it isnt the right thing for you to be in relationship with somebody who clearly isnt valuing your feelings. It will tough but I say see about bringing it up to her if you havent to air it out. In a relationship it`s extremely important for you to feel safe. You are also really young! It now it sounds stupid, but trust me, they`re will be other guys and gals if you decided to split up, you may need a little while to pick yourself back up and heal, but you will find somebody that does value you!
