As a newly clean breeder with a Gen 1 Queen, I'm sure I share a similar sentiment with other clean breeders in that it would be much more convenient to be able to have a search preference for specific generation #s, or whether or not a lion(ess) is clean.

This is something that could be present on the search page (for breeding purposes: i.e. studs and lionesses/reverse breedings), as well as in the trading center (for buying purposes).

I was thinking there could be a checkbox that says "clean" -- and if checked you could also add specific generation preference that could be from Gen 1 to Gen 5, and you can select multiple if you'd like.

I'm not sure what types of coding have been put in place for heritage, meaning whether or not it's possible to detect inbreeding or big 4 for all lions, and if it's possible to detect the generation of all lions. If it's just too much work, I completely understand, it would just be much more convenient if it was an existing feature :).

I'm super open too suggestions and feedback, and if you don't support, please let me know why so I can improve this. Thank you!

StarCrossed (Pie Boy) (#35432) -- To possibly make coding easier, you could have a tag that is optional in which a player could choose to use it for their stud. Whichever studs are tagged would appear as clean in the search tool.
Helicase (#25664) -- Given it might be easier to code in "no inbreeding" and the "generation number" and harder to code in the big 4 (especially given not everyone includes those in the definition of being clean), you could code the first two and then everyone could look for the big 4 in the non-inbred lions they find.
