Missing Heritage

What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?
Lion heritage for clean breeding.

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I came across a king and his heritage is bugged out. It shows an 'Unknown' father and a mother, but 'View Full Heritage' doesn't show the mom or any past relatives, making this lion appear to be a G1 on all cub heritage pages.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

I'm not entirely sure how this happens, perhaps it's something a lion is born with or can occur when a lion is kinged?

I have the same issue. My king is the kid of a Savage stud and his mother is alive and he's acknoleged in her children. Is it an issue with the savage studs?

I'm having an issue with my king's heritage as such. Azasrael this is my king, on his page it says he has a Newly claimed Lioness as his mother but when you open his heritage his mother is unknown and shows as first generation, it happens in his cubs heritage as well (Showing he has Unknown parents). This was also happening before I kinged him, unfortunately I could only find a screenshot of his image before kinging and not a pocutre of his heritage.
