so i was thinking about our poses, and we don't really have one that looks more "quiet"— the good pose is very proud, as is the kind pose (although a bit more friendly), the neutral pose is very... neutral haha, the snarky and evil poses are VERY unapproachable haha, and the jolly pose is very relaxed and happy. I think one of the best types of decors on lioden are poses, and while i understand that it takes a LOT of work to add a pose, i think it's worth it when the pose covers a personality that can't really be imitated in the existing poses & expressions. SO, i did a lil mock-up using these two references:

and came up with this!

forgive my childish, cartoony art doodle style haha ^^' im not a great artist and i kinda rushed this— i just whipped it up real quick so it isn't detailed or super nice or exactly what i have envisioned in my head, but it captures the vibe pretty well!!

basically a hesitant lioness looking up at you, one paw raised like she's about to take a step forward but she's not sure if she should— hopefully the actual pose would have a more neutral/realistic expression on her, since she looks a little sad right now, but i think it would also be cool if we had a "hesitant" expression like the one in my lil mock-up! i think with expressions, there's a ton of potential for this pose! with more angry expressions, she could look defensive or like she's about to attack, and with more happy expressions, she could look like a real sweetheart who's about to give you a hug and she's just not sure how to haha!


let me know what you guys think!! im happy to have constructive criticism, although i will warn you that it's relatively unlikely that i'll be re-drawing it. however, if someone who can imitate the lioden style better than me would like to take a stab at it, i'd be happy to add other people's mock-ups to the main post!!!
