Alpha was smiling as she walked back into camp, a full grown crocodile in her jaws. Supernova was suprised to see her in a good mood, it was probably just because she had a good time killing the crocodile, but just in case he asked, "You seem cheerful, what put you in a good mood?"
"I met one of those friends of yours, that one with the healing powers." Alpha said casually.
"You met- oh dear." Supernova ran out of their camp, hoping to apologize to Zellie for whatever Alpha did, he was used to her picking fights and then having to clean up the mess. Alpha shrugged and laid down in the shade, digging into her kill.

Supernova burst from the grass out of breath and skidded to a stop in front of Zellie,
"I'm sorry for whatever Alpha did," he said, checking her for any wounds from a recent fight, glad to find none, "Please don't be too offended whatever she did, she can be hard to get along with I understand, just please don't hold a grudge."

"Yes I'm so- wait you didn't fight?" Supernova asked utterly confused, "Oh ok well then, have fun sparring, a word of caution though, if Alpha ever turns down a fight it means she is up to something. I mostly just came to apologize, but turns out there is no need! Sometimes it gets tiring of making things right after she destroys them... have you ever had co-ruled a pride with someone?"

"Heh yeah right, "Supernova laughed too, but it was bitter and cold as a dark expression clouded his face, something quite uncharacteristic, "Us working together may be beneficial for our prides, but Alpha has hurt me- I mean other lions too many times for me to ever enjoy working with her." The dark look was gone suddenly as if it had never happened, and he said, "Well sorry for bothering you for no reason, I'm glad you and Alpha didn't fight. Do you have any updates on your search for your father?"
