______________ For generations the 5 clans lived without a worry of the Dark Forest. These monstrous felines had become nothing more than an old tale, used by Elders to frighten young cats. Most came to believe the Great Battle had been a myth. But evil never rests, at least not forever.
The spirits of the Dark Forest once again began training living warriors in their dreams. Because no living cat remembered the true horror of these spirits, more and more of the living joined their ranks. A horrible battle was fought, and the clans crumbled. The Place of no Stars had taken over the land of the living, and the remaining loyal Warriors had the choice of being killed, or fleeing everything they'd ever known. Many blame Starclan for the destruction of the clans, and have turned their back on the Warrior code.
Several moons have passed, and a large group of survivors have grouped together. Their way of life may have been shattered, but there are still some who believe they can rebuild their society, so long as Starclan still watches over them. Is Starclan still watching out for these cats, or have they abandoned their living descendants?

The remaining Warriors have found a temporary new home in a thick, mossy forest, far from the Lake. Many creeks and streams bubble through these woods, and a large open field of tall grasses and heather grow not far, making it a comfortable space for cats of all the past Clans.
Despite no longer living as Clans, there is still a familiar hierarchy. The remaining leaders make important decisions together, the remaining deputies share the duty of sending out patrols, and the remaining medicine cats share all healing duties, as well as speaking to their warrior ancestors. However Starclan has yet to answer back.
Apprentices and mentors carry on as they normally would, and queens and elders are still protected, honored, and fed first.
The goal for these cats is to eventually build 3 new clans. They want to forget the horrors from their past, and have a fresh new beginning, but can they do it without the guidance of Starclan?

New character slots will be mostly for rogues, loners, or kittypets that the Scouting cats will meet as they journey to find the cats new territory! A few slots for previous clan cats will open, however, they will have to be found by the scouting cats, just as any rogues/loners/kittypets would be.
If you are interested, please check out the character sheet thread, where new character creation rules will be posted for the new character slots! You may have an unlimited amount of characters, but please only create as many as you can handle!
If you are interested in your cat being part of a group of rogues, please say so here before posting your character sheet! If you're interested, you can ask here for potential friends, kin, or mates within your cats group. Groups will not be made until I know people are interested in this idea. Please keep in mind though, the groups will not remain throughout the RP plot. They'll mainly be for relationship building and backstory.

i mean we could always start a new one with a semi same plot? i have something written up for a book idea but we could always change it too a roleplay!
Unfortunately I haven’t had a whole lot of time to play Lioden lately, and I’m not able to restart this RP atm! Anyone’s who’s interested though, you can take over the idea of the RP and use it however you wish! I may even join it again once I have some more free time!
