The way Azure and Demetrius just stared dead ahead... Terrified Jayne. They just seemed completely out of it. Demetrius seemed ready to strangle someone while Azure on the other hand looked like he had seen a ghost.

There was a long pause.

Then laughing. Azure just held his stomach while laughing rather hysterically, Demetrius' and Jayne's heads turning to him with bewildered stares.

''Reef what?! She's back at the habour town! She probably ain't here-''

''Fuck!'' Demetrius' random hiss of outrage made a rather terrified Jayne turn her head to him.

''What's going on?! Who the hell is Reef?!'' Jayne was honestly more confused than that time she tried understanding the sport cricket.

''Sorry I just... She is not to be trusted alright? She did things I rather not recite to you guys!'' Demetrius muttered, shuffling on his feet awkwardly.

Now it was Jayne's turn to give Azure a pat. Then she gave one to Demetrius.

''Okay I get it. This girl, Reef, shouldn't be talked to you. Apparently she is quite the crazy one so I won't go near her!'' Jayne mumbled.

''Yeah uh,'' Azure rubbed his scar more tensely now,''I don't think you should befriend her. She can be a bit crazy with her... Ways.'' Azure's frown was even more visible now as he leaned against a locker.

Demetrius stared at Azure truly concerned now. He leaned next to the taller siren and patted his shoulder.

Demetrius grunted when Thalia got on his back and just shot her a glare. He didn’t complain about it. He was busy complaining about Reef.

Azure truly appreciated the pats. He was starting to like them a lot actually, “No not my enemy! She’s just-“

“My enemy. A bitch,” Demetrius cut him off, shoving a gummy worm in his mouth.

Azure laughed nervously,”Yeah I uh... I guess!”

“She rubbed you the wrong way?” Jayne tilted her head at the blonde, who clearly seemed to have a dark cloud over his head.

“She made Azure do stupid idiotic things. Sirens are bitc-“ A hard slap on the back from Azure was enough to make Demetrius squeak in pain and surprise,”Not you or your family Az!”

“Calm down Az,” Jayne went on her tippy toes and began to stroke Azure’s head,”Wow. Soft hair,” She mumbled.

Azure just chuckled. Yay more pats!
