"And those with no powers may have SMALL weapons such as daggers, pockets knives and even their own fists. She got more nervous. So she could pretty much only use her power, she was terrible at this practicing of punching and kicking, how could she even survive? Let alone her power is the weakest one in her opinion. She barely knew how to use it.

She got back up and tried to practice punching. At this rate, she'll have a broken arm, or close to one. She was punching too hard, missing where she wanted to punch, and she was too shy to ask for help. She stopped and tried kicking, a bit better this time. At least she wasn't falling down.
