Here's a small bug— every time I try to use the bottom of page chatbox, it says I'm connected elsewhere (I'm not). When I hit "connect here", it simply tells me that I've been disconnected and presents me with the option to reconnect (which I can't click.) I'm on my iPhone SE so

Occasionally for no particular reason, the chat cuts out with the message I'm connected elsewhere even when I have no other tabs open. When I click "connect here," it shows up a screen that says "disconnected". The option to reconnect is present, but I cannot click it
