honestly earlier today i had a sad moment because my sahara king was giving my potats so i bought a rlly cheap dirty rosette with a royal mane and dawn eyes to replace him. and then i looked at the wiki for help and uh well i'm going to maybe give the rosette away? because i rlly love my king and yes rosettes and breed only manes/eyes are like the sexy of lions, i want to have a king where i don't care and i can have fun with him.

Anyone just randomly make backstories for their lions?
or am I just weird for making my king and Blizzard Bays full backstories up to where they are now in their bios? LOL

Yo if you wanna do it, then do it man! Nobody's stopping ya!
Even if you "suck at writing backstories" you can still do it for fun! It dosen't have to be your best work so long as you enjoy doing it!

I mean whatever you need for inspiration, as long as you don't completely steal backstories (atleast not intentionally/on purpose, accidents and coinsidances happen lol)

Yup! I mainly used them as in help for referencing? I haven't written in a while so having some like hey this is what a story looks like really helps, and they give me ideas for personalities, etc.

I sometimes think up stories when listening to songs. I was listening to Skye Boat Song and came up with Blizzard's entire backstory based off that (and the question of how she got red flowers in the snowy mountains lol)
I make little amvs/pmvs in my head for already existing characters along with random, made up in 5 minute characters to tell a story based on them.
I mean, one time I was listening to "What's This" from Nightmare Before Christmas and then just made up a random, nameless character and a little pmv/animatic in my head for the song/character LOL

Omg that's cool! I tend to just visualize already existing characters in a song doing something. (atla characters in, say, Runaway by Aurora)

Running With the Wolves might be an interesting song to make a story from now that I think of it

Im hunting for food to put in a trade and sell for some SB and 1 GB
My friend found a tactic that got her 1000 sb and 1 gb
So she made her lionesses hunt until they couldnt and then she sold all the food for 1000 sb and 1 gb and somebody bought it, so I'm trying it out myself
