The Divide: Introduction

The Divide is a 15+ canine roleplaying group via Discord. Upon joining, please be at least semi-literate with the ability to use proper grammar, punctuation, etc!

Synopsis

Set in the late 1800's, two packs are facing rising tensions. The Wolves of Rengard is an independent band of wolves, who roam the forest and mountains. The Guardians of Meldal, on the other hand, is a group of domesticated canines that live amongst the village. They are empathetic and loyal.

Rengard's beta, Farren, had gone missing- and with winter fast approaching, the pack began to worry. They sent out a patrol to look for her, and stumbled upon her lifeless body- along with some conspicuous dogs. Now, Rengard had lost their beta. Many believed it to be the Guardians of Meldal who had murdered her, and hatred between both groups only seemed to grow stronger.
In reality, there were a group of dogs who knew the truth- that Farren had been killed by a cougar. The group of dogs who had witnessed her demise did not stop the cougar, and instead, stood and watched her take her last breaths.
Are the Guardians of Meldal at fault?
