Alright I have returned again >:0 The person with the species I was interested in hasn't yet replied and I don't wanna keep your slot for forever, so here's my boy Wendell, though would you be able to draw him as an anthro dragon? :o I'd want him to have fur rather than scales, so ya don't have to make any drastic changes. I cant decide what kind of wings to give him, so you can do whatever you want for them, however they were permanently damaged in an accident, so if you could make em look injured that'd be great! For his horns I cant decide between the bottom left or the bottom middle, so you can put whichever looks best to you Horns.
