Color palette: different shades of black, with a bright maybe neon accent :D color is up to u, but if u cant pick one just go with green :D
Patterns:neon colored underbelly with like 1 or 2 big streaks of neon on the body, maybe some striped on the face, whatever looks good ,
misc details: if u can it would be rlly cool for it to be scaly on the belly and feet and chin or something and fluffy on the rest, so like there would be scales on the belly and fur on the body, idk if its possible but could their be a runnign mane of fur from the head to the tail? and could it be neon? also can i get either ram horns or wavy horns, also wings r optional, if u do add them could the inside be neon, interpret this how u want :D also fin ears

sort of a snake pattern if possible (if you'd like a reference- this is the best one i could find, sorry! also there isn't a snake in the picture- just a seamless pattern replica click)

Color palette:
Patterns: I'd like for the underbelly to be colored in a gradient of the last 2 colors, with sparkles of the middle color. For the body I'd like if it was the first 2, and any of the colors can be the markings, maybe swirls with some dots around them.
Long straight horns, No wings, Grub tail, Internal ears.

elder futhark runes, if those are possible? if you don't know what they are- here's a link to google images of what they look like click.
and, whether or not the runes are included, it'd be neat if there was a swirling tabby pattern on the body similar to the light blue dragon you made for just peachy or the dark brown and red dragon in the examples ^^

-feathered wings (for the part of the wings that directly connects to the body, could it be colored the same as whichever color you choose for the base-?)
