If someone really needs some sb/gb and knows they can pay it off soon, they could take a loan from another player. Unfortunately, they might not be super trustworthy, so they might just block you. With loans, you could be ensured to have your money back.

You could set an interest fee, of however many percent. This could be counted with rollovers. If for some reason they are unable to pay back at the agreed time, then you could force-sell chosen items in their hoard to the monkey. If the hoard is empty, then there could be 3 or so rollovers to sell/raffle some lions/lionesses. [If they have no lions/lionesses, then they could be suspended for some time?]

They could also take loans from the oasis, but it would be more expensive.
