Character reference: could you do santiago?
Background+ ref (opt): whatever works!
Pose (description or ref, opt): anything that fits! he's a hairstylist, in case you wanted to draw him in an apron instead of his formal clothes. :)
Shading (cell): yes please!
Payment types($$$/GB) : would doing half EE for payment and the other half in HP work at all?
