What gameplay feature is this bug affecting? Reptile roundup What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible. I am 100% positive I completed Wenet's storyline on both of my accounts. I got Wennet's cousin to prove it (I think I chased the one on my main) and in my User logs, it states that I completed the Primordial springs quest, which is the last quest... Wenet's cousin Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion? Any screenshots you can provide us with? proof of it not being unlocked  and the User log of me compleating the quest on both accounts   Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible: 1)I went to reptile round up 2) see no cool snake or map :(  0 players like this post! Like? |

Hey there!  I was asked to please write my "problem" in this post  So, I participated in this April's event, and I deffinitly finished the storyline on both of my accounts. On this one I claimed wenet ( who is still alive in my Pride currently) and on my side I claimed a cousin. I also went to the springs and de-aged my king by 2 years, as well as complete many many daily quests you get from wenet, after the storyline has concluded. My wenet : https://www.lioden.com/lion.php?id=794150351373 (I sold the cousin about 2 months ago) I've noticed before today again that my reptile roundup area and skin have not been unlocked, so I sent in a ticket reporting it, and seemingly I didn't visit the reptile roundup after completing the storyline  I'd really appreciate it, if someone could help me out Thanks for taking the time to read through this, I appreciate it 0 players like this post! @Succo: The Flowering Fields level and Egg Eater skin are automatically unlocked now when completing the Wenet storyline (this was updated last year, so people wouldn't have to visit the game page manually to unlock it during that month). Additionally, I can see you played at least one round in Flowering Fields on April 30th, so you should be good. :D 0 players like this post! Like? |

It seems to me that I was making a mistake, those two prizes that are unlocked were for the snake game, I thought they would give me the "flowering fields" landscape because I looked for what it was and that came out haha. I had the same thing happen to me, and it had shown as unlocked prior. I am 99% certain I even played the level in April but now it is showing as locked. <3 0 players like this post! Like? |

@Ramune: I can see where you unlocked them on 2023-04-11, and they're still showing as unlocked in the database. Are they showing as locked in game or at the bottom of the page or both? 0 players like this post! Like? |

Excellent! :D Yeah, there was a cache issue. When you unlocked the newest level, it only stored that information for some reason and acted like the others were locked. 0 players like this post! Like? |
