It's been a while since I made some bases for some suggestions. My newest idea is from the Floods and Hippo encounters (cause who doesn't love hippos?!) This base could either be an applicator base or even a BO base. I am a bit rusty in making base suggestions so sorry if it looks a little.....icky.
