Topo dogs are a closed species.

Welcome! Topo’s are a new species that I'm testing out! I don't have many plans at the moment for them but I will always be improving them. While they will be a closed species, I am looking for anyone who has ideas for improvement or even just lore ideas. If you do have one, send me a pm! :D
