Beetle Nemesis: Anoplocnemis curvipes is now available to purchase in The Peddler shop!

There are also two new Eye Applicators for the August event shops. Both have a completely new eye shape: a very tiny, focused pupil.

Eye Applicator: Fierce Red can be bought in The Destroyers shop.
The genetics are 55% Fierce Red, 20% Red, 15% Crimson, 10% Brown.

Eye Applicator: Intense Gold can be bought in The Preservers shops.
The genetics are 55% Intense Gold, 20% Saffron, 10% Amber, 15% Yellow.

New Craftables and Markings!

Mesh

Mesh is a new marking shape which can only be obtained from Murex Shell collections! The Murex Markings: Mesh applicator will let you pick which marking, slot, and opacity you'd like to add to your chosen lion! Mesh comes in the following colours:
Blue
Festive
Fiery
Labradorite
Noctis
Onyx
Red

You can craft this recipe using 50x Murex Shells and 50x Rainbow Stones!


Speaking of crafting Murex Shells... you can also now craft a new background!

Shell Beach can be crafted using 25x Murex Shells and 50x Rocks!

Inverted Cover

Another new marking shape, Inverted Cover, has been added to Lioden! This is an NCL Exclusive marking, meaning you can only find it on NCLs in the wild if your pride leader is at the Impressive impression level or higher. These markings cannot be applied via Marking Applicators and they cannot be applied using Piety during November, but you can get them if using RMAs/Total Shuffles.

More Blaze Recolours

Blaze is an older marking that only came in three colours: Cream, Silver, and White. We've decided to revisit Blaze and refresh it in a few new recolours! You can find these markings in the wild on NCLs and apply them via the Oasis straight away.

Coding Bug Fixes

* Adult mutation-specific flavour texts will no longer display for adolescent lions (barring Maneless flavour texts for teen males)
* Cubs with a lethal mutation that die and are sent to the Dynasty will no longer appear with a banner stating that they are immortal
* Lion Scrotums can no longer be given to non-mutated lionesses
* Lion Scrotums can now be properly given to lionesses with Primal Fangs
* Lionesses that are reverse breeding will no longer have their mood drop due to clashes with your king's personality
* The Lion Equipper will no longer save changes to the wrong lion if you use the "Switch Account" button in another tab
* Total Shuffles can now be used on immortal lions
* Ultrasound results will properly reset now after a lioness miscarries her litter (either naturally or via a CRB)
* Unnested miscarriages will no longer count towards any "litters born"-based achievements

Item Relocation Delay

Within the July event news post last month, we mentioned that we would be introducing the African-themed Firefly Shop backgrounds and decors into other areas of the site in the next development update (today). The relocation of these items has been delayed as there are many items to sort through, and we'd like to have some time to figure out where they best would fit within the site. Please rest assured that we will be relocating these items as soon as possible, it's just too big of an endeavour for us to announce today!
