So here is the idea, before you leave the moment you see the word HYBRID then WAIT, I'm not making up a new hybrid :) -The idea is an event that happens randomly once a year, It lasts anywhere between 1-3 days. During this event all hybrids get a small boost on breeding the next generation, ncls claimed from the smug leopard interaction have a small boost of gen 1 leopons and finally any lions with mottled stripes or rosettes have a higher chance of passing the mark during the event. (maybe have a few more tiger interactions aswell) -Why? Why do we need/want this? Why do we keep trying to create new random hybrids? Because a lot of us are new and we missed the tigon hype, we never got the chance of that event and most of us just want a new hybrid for a chance to get a boost. Having an event like this gives noobies a chnace to get a hybrid without having to pay butt-loads of gb. And a chance for hybrid owners to make more profit. making this random, makes it hard to profit on as no one can be sure when it happens, so cant really save up items for a day. |

No support. The tigon hype was meant to be a one time thing to introduce them, and that's it. No need to boost G1 chances when they're supposed to remain rare like they are presently. Yes but the thing is many users were not there when the Tigon hype happened, which is a bit unfair that no other rare mutt was added since, as a new player you regret not joining earlier or being unable to join thanks to your age. people could to challenges and get boosts for rare mutts but now all you can do is buy/earn  to get one, the fact that its 1 day and completely random is my attempt to make it hard to catch still making it a challengeThat being said, maybe G1 should not be involved to keep them rare but I still believe that the other boosts can stay, Maybe it should just be a free day and perhaps more of a challenge but I believe a boost other than items should exist 0 players like this post! There are more than likely other G1 hybrids to be added in the future. There's a Jaglion suggestion with over 1200 supports (could be way more by now), but staff has a lot of work to do for that. It took us 3 years between Leopons releasing and Tigons finally dropping. My no support still stands. Besides, being active during the Tigon hype, I can assure you that that boost did almost nothing for a lot of people. Got it 3 times myself and nothing lol. It was 3 years ago, I would much prefer to be patient to see what they do for the next/future hybrids. 0 players like this post! Like? |

There's already a chance to get a fairly cheap hybrid by purchasing heats from other players, so I don't see why we'd need an event to crash the hybrid market even further. It's already a disaster in February, when everyone has breeding items in their inventory (yet another chance for newbies to get a pon or gon). Hybrid cubs drop by 50% in value during that time. Hell, you can get FREE first generation hybrid heats if you provide required breeding items! I also don't see how the tigon hype is unfair for new players - back then tigons were absurdly expensive, right now you can afford one just by playing during one or two events (in August you can earn a Buffalo Scrotum every 2-3 days and sell it for ~15 GB, that's at least 150 GB in one month from one activity). 0 players like this post! Fair Point Thank you for the criticism I still believe, that getting a hybrid can be a bit more challenging for new players and the constant feeling of failure can lead one to quit (personal experience), I also want to add that nowadays there are less players and it would be a fun event to spice up the game 'Thank you for reading my post :) 0 players like this post!
