A dull pink king would trot up, Faded Hyacinth would look at the cubs, then at there food. "How much food could 150 SB get me? Its all I have" He'd sigh, looking starved. A dwarf lioness would follow behind her, she too looked starved. "We have not been able to bring in enough kill" The king would sigh. Kenichi walked the trail once more that he had walked so long ago. He scents the air and braces himself against the wind, who battered and tore at his face. Finally, tearing through the harsh jungle, with thorns pricking his pelt, he stumbled to a clearing he had once known well. The same cubs layed sprawl out, sun bathing and enjoying the warmth of the day, even as the wind Buffles their fur. But then again, the wind never affected this clearing like it did anywhere else on the prides land. "Crystal!" He said happily. "May I bother you for 200 uses of food?" After shaking his flank clear of any undergrowth that hung stiffly from his fur, he softly padded up to the cubs, who were not cubs, and raised his tail I'm greeting. It was as if time was paused here, as if an oasis. He could so easily think he was dreaming. Whenever he comes here, the cubs always seem to be the same age where he had last visited. But that's not the crazy part, the crazy part is that it has been years since his last visit. Perhaps they were in a laspe of time, perhaps they had starved I'm their youth and now help passerbies feed their hungry cubs to prevent them the same fate they had? Kenichi may never know. Though he would never ask. He purred as the cubs greeted him back and started digging. For that's just what they do. They dig. They help. A small shape appears over the horizon. It's a lioness. She's fairly thin, tired. When she sees you hed pace speeds up. "Hello? Your selling food?" Her eyes light up. "My name is Celestial Watcher, we've run out of prey several times over the past few days, our lionesses are working hard, the second one patrol ends another is sent out." She fumbled with a small leather bag, offering out 200 SB. "What could this get my pride?" She gives off a warm purr of hope. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Amberstrike has returned after a long day and sat patiently for one of the cubs to come and great him, not wanting to take time away if they were currently working something out for someone. Celestial Watcher smiles at the cubs, stopping her nervous clawing at her collar. She nods with a gentle purr double checking her beetles once again and getting everything in place.
