OK, before you tell me that i work too much... I find making lioden suggestions quite relaxing, so you have to bear with me mass producing suggestions and projects.

Without further ado: Storm base is a combo base, that can be bred only during wet season, but not during december event (there are no thunderstorms in winter, so even Storm X Storm won't pass during that month).

My proposed factors are: Frostbitten X Windfall = Storm

On discord people also suggested for Merlot base to be the main factor: Unholy + Elysian X Merlot = Storm or Bloodstone + Haze X Merlot = Storm

I never bred Cloudburst base and my only combo base i got was elysian, so please forgive me for not knowing base passing rates. However seeing that a lot of people don't want Cloudburst combo factor I removed it from this suggestion
