For the special criteria bases when it says produced during the wet season does that mean the lioness is bred when it’s the wet season or does the Cub have to be born during the wet season?

All cubs are generated upon breeding, not birth! Anything done to a pregnant lioness (other than aborting via a cotton root bark or killing the lioness) has no effect in what her cubs will be like because they're already generated! Any special conditions like day/night or wet/dry season must be in effect during the breeding itself.

No, you need to combine accross the columns, never up or down the rows. If you have gilded you'd need sphinx in order to breed a rose gold

Ankh is an app base, not a combo in and of itself! To get an ankh cub you'd need to have at least one parent with the base or apply it using Token of Bast

I'm afraid whoever told you that was mistaken! Green is an applicator base, meaning they can only appear on a cub if one of the parents has the base and passes it onto them!
The part about green and moss agate making a combo is nearly correct, but not quite. They're both in the same column of factors for the mistletoe combo, meaniung while they both have the potential to produce mistletoe during December, they cannot do so together. Remember, you need to breed accross the collumns, not within them, to produce a combo base!
