There's also a tigon snuhlion that has a pee tigon with the word "tigon?" And the text says "it looks like a tigon but you're not sure you're a lion you can't read". The question mark makes me feel like its not actually a tiger and might be something else?

I believe that the tigon snuhlion was released before the tigon mut itself! iirc tigons as a mut has been teased in various ways before, and that was just one more way

I do think that with it resembling Xylax's sketch of a Bast Primal (with Bast being both the deity of cats and an NPC in Lioden, thus something a Primal variant may be named after), the fact that a female-only Primal, and Bast herself being a goddess all points towards this being very likely!

I think the order might also be:

Top left: Ferus
Note the identifying long cheek floofs, one on each side of the head, slightly tufted ears, and the clear lack of a bottom part of a mane, with only the top of one going along it's neck before fading out at it's shoulders.
It's clearly a male one, but that doesn't matter.

Top middle: Felis
This one has very long ears compared to the others, an evenly spaced small mane without gaps, a very slight tuft of fur on their back (Unlike the ferus,) and a face that seems more thin than the others.
Male and female Felis actually don't seem to have any true differences between how they look, other than their poses, however this one does seem to be more referenced off of the female felis art.

Top right: Smilus
Smilus are very similar to Primals, and the primal art is just so obviously older than the others so it's harder to tell, but I believe this might be a Smilus. The only two differences seem to be that Smilus have less fluffy paws and much longer tails, which have very individual clumps of hair on them and are very thin.
Some features that might not be as clear or even reasonable to call differences seems to be that Primals will have longer fur (appears to be from their mane) on their elbows. Smilus also tend to look more angular than Primals do.

(Note: I had to look for a second reference to Smilus and found only one. You can find him in the February Event page on the Lioden wiki. It will say: "While taking a less-popular route this time, you stumble upon a big, muscly smilus. Is he trying to sneak into your territory?!")

Bottom: Primal

With the others taken, it'd have to leave this one! This is clearly a very young type and every primal looks exactly the same until they become adolescents, so it actually is near impossible to tell for sure, but there are little details! First, their tail is too long to be a Felis tail, as they have extremely short tails, and it's too short to be a Smilus tail. It's actually possibly a Ferus, because their tail length has not remained the same throughout all of it's art, but it is the same for Primals.

Next and only other detail: It's ears are round! Ferus and Felis do not have round ears, so that would leave Smilus and Primal!

It really is hard to tell for sure what this guy is, so it's easily in the same order OP said.
