Besides that, you don't really need to read any more here. Most labels are acronyms that are somewhat easy to understand once you read them.

But if you're still confused by the weird way I label things, I made this guide to hopefully help you out!

Heritage

“C” = Clean Heritage

"Cish" = Clean-ish (usually just one Big 4 or something. There will never be inbreeding anywhere, though)

No "C" in a name means the lion is not clean.

"NoC" = used for adult lions, usually the mother of an unclean sale cub. You can find it at the end of their footnote if they are part of my pride.

Btw I define a “clean” lion as one with no instances of inbreeding anywhere in their ancestry. So, new versions of a king might be bred to the retired king’s offspring. Always check heritages to make sure they fit the way you play!

If you want to know exact gens, I recommend checking the mother’s name, footnote, or bio, where it will state “xG” or “Clean x Generation”. Then, add one gen to the mom’s gen and that will be her cub’s generation! (This all only applies if the mom is still alive and in my pride of course)

Manes

“Inc” = Incubus mane (Grelle's mane)

"Par" = Pariah mane (Andateikah's mane)

"Tsa/Tsav" = Tsavo mane

"Sav" = Savage mane

I don’t list mane colors sowwy ><

Eyes

“JD” = Jade eyes

“Sg” = Sage eyes

"Mst" = Mist eyes

"Sea" = Seafoam eyes

These are eye colors that Grelle (my queen) and Bharafu (my king) pass most often. I do put down other eye colors as long as they’re not common ones available from Random Eye Changers.

Notable Marks

I make little acronyms for markings that stand out, then put some variation of them in the lion's name.

I list a wide array of other marks too, but trying to show how I label those would be an even more ridiculous wall of text lol. Any popular marking is usually what I’ll jot down.

May Marking Policy

⚠️ = Brawl/Inverted Brawl, Rumble, or Squabble/Inverted Squabble

I will always label lions that have May applicator markings with this emoji! Even if they’re not for sale, May lions in my pride will still have the warning.

FYI there is a marking censor under your den options and I highly encourage using it for any marking that causes you problems. ❤️
