For CSS the link has to lead to the image itself, your link leads to it uploaded on imgur which is why you have to "open image in new tab" ![]() ![]() |

I dont know if it's ok to butt in, hopefully it's not a bother? But @JaeBird your original url is fine (ending in .jpg) because that is the direct image link. Anything ending in .png or .jpg etc depending on the file type will work, so there's nothing wrong with that part. I suspect the reason your unsorted cave code doesn't work is because you have a rogue # in there, in front of your ID number. Take out the # and it should be ok :) ![]() |

So it should look like this a[href$="unsorted.php?id= 291195#"]>div.cave-grid>img { content: url('https://i.imgur.com/Xzi9vj1_d.webp?maxwidth=640&shape=thumb&fidelity=medium')!important; } ![]() |

Oh feel free to butt in whenever! ![]() I didn't even look into their CSS, my phone just showed the link didn't lead directly to the image so I assumed that was it! ![]() ![]() |

@Pandora thanks! I know it can be annoying for other people to hijack threads, so I don't want to step on any toes at all. Mobile can be the worst anyway! <3 @Jaebird: I just looked at your den page, and your bigger problem is that with css you can't just type it in the den description like you have atm. You need to create a separate .css file on your computer/device (I use notepad, I think that's simplest), and save specifically in the css file format. Then upload to a hosting site e.g. dropbox, and then use the correct coding in your den description to link to it. Basically there are a whole lot more steps, unfortunately! You might need to read a few tutorials in the user guide section, if you're a complete beginner, or use templates like those Pandora linked in the original post above, to give yourself a framework to start from. ![]() Edited on 01/07/22 @ 16:25:52 by Myriad (#76) |
