I feel like this is a simple suggestion, so I won't go into too many details. What I'm suggesting is the ability to Block Private Trades with a toggle, similar to how we can turn friend requests on or off. Alternately, it could work similar to the options we have for Transfers or PMs. Allow All Private Trades Block All Private Trades Allow Private Trades From Friends Only Etc. I was planning on suggesting this before but forgot about it until the Small Adjustments to PMs News Post. I've had my side's private messages and transfers turned off for a long time now, but I'll still occasionally get a private trade with a message in the 'I want in return... ' section of it. I have private messages off on my side for various reasons and would like to be able to turn off private trades so that others cannot circumvent this. |

This is the one big gap I can think of in the system that still allows messages to get through even if you have PMs/transfers closed, so it makes sense to me to close that gap. It doesn't generally cause a problem for me personally, but I can totally see how it's an issue for others. Support!  1 player likes this post! Like? |

support. it is really off how some people try to force their messages when you close your dm :/ so would def like for such options to be closed 4 players like this post! Like? |

I absolutely support. This has been a back way of people sending messages after you disable your DMs for quite some time. Or to just simply have the blocking feature to not allow messages in trades sent to you would be nice as well (toggle it) 3 players like this post! Like? |
