I don't think you can actually get them anymore. They were from the Retired June Event originally.

Edit: Which sucks since they have a crafting recipe.

Oh My! I hope they add them again in the future, for what I look for there´s not just affordable Damp Logs but also the crafted item is not available either on TC or Branches
